There were quite a few elements we hadn’t thought through yet, like specifics in placement, wiring, and accommodation for a potential build-out of the system. Spencer was super communicative on Yelp which is where I found him and reached out for a quote. I instantly felt confident in him and his ability and we scheduled him a few weeks out. The appointment was awesome- he listened well and was really focused on what he was doing. He was flexible and very professional, giving us all our options before he started working on each TV – related to height and positioning of each TV. He also hung a very heavy mirror that I asked if he could handle ahead of his visit. He handled it with ease and all of his work is perfect as he has a very high standard and an eye for details which we so appreciated! Highly recommend and will reach out again for all our TV mounting needs.

I have had multiple people come to my house and tell me a variety of answers on how to fix and upgrade my home theatre. They were the only ones who actually looked at the tv and the wiring of the equipment and got it up and running, MIND you that we haven’t used the tv in years due to it not working. Not only was he fast, and knew what he was doing, the price was much more reasonable than most places. Very affordable. Will definitely come back for future projects!

For example, he returned the following day to repair an incorrect adjustment that I made to the mobile mechanism. Spencer, along with his apprentice Dean, worked cleanly and efficiently. Spencer broke down each detail of how they would attach the 55″ TV and soundbar above the fireplace. They hooked up all the wiring (and concealed it), re-programed the remote, explaining what they were doing along the way. VERY clean and respectful, prompt, thorough. Just a perfect job at a very reasonable price!! When they were done with the job they cleaned up and demonstrated the new installation and reviewed the changes on the remote.
